8.4 Banana Store has the right to combine and ship multiple orders to the same destination and for the same customer in one shipment, or to split a single order into multiple shipments when necessary.
8.5 If the customer orders a “carton” quantity of a specific product, Banana Store reserves the right to prepare and ship it either in its original carton packaging or by opening the packaging and shipping the products individually, depending on packaging conditions and available shipping considerations.
8.6 If the customer chooses a non-refrigerated shipping method, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damage or spoilage that may affect the products as a result of choosing this method. In this case, the products cannot be returned and no compensation may be requested.
8.7 If the customer enters an incorrect shipping address or an address outside the city limits selected from the city list when confirming the order, Banana Store bears no responsibility for this, and no compensation will be provided in this case. The customer must contact the shipping company directly to find suitable solutions, as returning food products is considered destruction of the goods and cannot be accepted in order to preserve public health.
9. Returns and Exchanges
9.1 Non-food products may be returned or exchanged within 3 business days from the date of receiving the order, provided that they are unused and in their original condition.
9.2 Food products cannot be returned except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or receiving an incorrect product different from the one listed on the invoice, provided that the damage was not caused by the customer choosing a non-refrigerated shipping method.

14.2 As a general rule, bundle offer discounts and discount coupons cannot be combined, and the customer must choose between them.
14.3 If a bundle offer is added to the cart and the customer then adds a discount coupon that conflicts with the bundle, the store will automatically select one of the discounts.
