Return Policy
At Banana Store, we strive to provide a reliable shopping experience and to ensure that products reach our customers in good condition whenever possible. Return and exchange requests are subject to the terms stated below.
1. Shipment Safety Guarantee
The Banana Store team pays great attention to packaging customers’ orders. If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, we will be responsible for refunding the product value or crediting it to your store account, provided that you contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
This excludes cases where the customer chooses a non-refrigerated shipping method. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damage or spoilage that may affect the products as a result of choosing this method, and the products cannot be returned or compensated.
2. Product Quality Guarantee
All products sold at Banana Store are original and in excellent condition. If you have any concerns regarding product quality, you may contact customer service within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
After verifying and accepting the complaint, we will refund the product value or credit it to your store account.
This excludes cases where the customer chooses a non-refrigerated shipping method. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damage or spoilage that may affect the products as a result of choosing this method, and the products cannot be returned or compensated.
3. Order Cancellation
You may modify or cancel your order as long as it is still in our warehouse and has not been shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If the customer requests to cancel the order after it has been handed over to the shipping company, or if the customer refuses to receive the order from the shipping company, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the order value.
4. Return Policy
Non-food products may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that they are unused, in their original condition, and fully packaged.
Food products, including refrigerated or perishable products, cannot be returned except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or receiving an incorrect product different from the order, provided that the damage was not caused by the customer choosing a non-refrigerated shipping method or entering an incorrect address.
Opened, used, or damaged products resulting from misuse or failure to follow storage and usage instructions cannot be returned.
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us through the email or WhatsApp shown on the Contact Us page, and provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return request.
After reviewing the request, we will provide you with the necessary return shipping instructions if the request is approved.
6. Exchange Policy
Non-food products may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt, under the same return conditions.
If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one listed in your order, it will be exchanged free of charge after verification.
To request an exchange, please contact us through the email or WhatsApp shown on the Contact Us page, and provide your order number and product details. After reviewing the request, we will send you the exchange instructions.
Banana Store will cover the shipping cost only if the error is on our side. In all other cases, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
7. Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Address
If the customer enters an incorrect address or selects the wrong city when confirming the order, Banana Store is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delivery delay resulting from this.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to receive it, food products may be destroyed to preserve public health, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund or compensation in this case.
8. Important Notes
The customer bears the shipping cost for return requests unless the return is due to an error by Banana Store.
All products must be returned in their original condition with full packaging and accessories, if any.
