Clearspring Organic Tofu
Clearspring's award-winning tofu is a delicious, organic, high-protein, low-fat food that tastes just as good as fresh, Japanese-made tofu. It's ready to enjoy straight from the package and incredibly versatile – perfect for use in a variety of savory and sweet dishes.
Made from only three ingredients:
- High-quality, whole, organic soybeans grown specifically for Clearspring. By law, this means the soybeans must be grown sustainably, without the use of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides, and cannot be genetically modified. Organic certification also means the tofu production process does not allow for commonly used processing aids such as defoamers, bleaches, or preservatives.
- Nigari is a naturally occurring, mineral-rich coagulant derived from seawater. Its base is magnesium chloride, making tofu a good source of both magnesium and chloride.
