Flour ingredients:
Rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, sucrose, cocoa powder, vegetable-based emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E-471)), gluten-free baking powder
Ingredients for chocolate chips:
Cocoa butter substitute, cocoa powder, soy lecithin (E-322)
Preparation method:
- One 350g box of brownie mix, 1/2 cup of water or milk, 2 eggs
- Place all the ingredients at once in a deep bowl and beat with an electric mixer on slow speed for 2 minutes, then on normal speed for 4 minutes or until completely homogeneous.
- Pour the mixture into a 24cm baking pan lined with parchment paper on all sides.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Cut the brownies, leave to cool, and serve.
